Client

Wira Kusuma Tours & Transport, based in Ubud, Bali. They run day tours, package tours, boat and island transfers, activity add-ons, and transport — scooter rental, driver taxi, airport and hotel transfers — for international tourists visiting Bali.

Challenge

Before working with Evavon, Wira Kusuma had no website. New customers found them through local presence, word of mouth, and relationships with travel agents.

Conversion issue

With no website, there was no place to direct people who found them outside those existing channels — no way to be searched for, browsed, or contacted online. Enquiries depended entirely on someone already knowing to call, message, or ask a travel agent.

Evavon system

A one-page website built to give the business a real online presence and a direct path to contact, by call and WhatsApp.

Implementation

Built with Claude Code and hosted on Netlify. Tour and package listings are displayed as tiles — a layout the build settled on as the clearest way to present a large, varied tour catalog (regional day tours, numbered package tours, boat transfers, activities, transport) on a single page.

Result

The site launched on September 12, 2026. It's too early to measure results — analytics were added post-launch, and results will be reviewed after a short tracking period.

What changed

Before: no website, reliant on local presence, word of mouth, and travel agents for bookings. After: a live site giving the business a discoverable, always-on point of contact — call or WhatsApp — alongside those existing channels.

What we learned

Netlify held up well as a hosting choice for a fast, simple build like this. For a tour operator with a large, varied catalog, displaying tours as tiles worked better than long-form text listings — it made a big menu of options scannable at a glance.
