It's built for your business specifically: it answers from your own FAQ and pricing material, asks a short set of qualifying questions, and hands the enquiry off for booking. It doesn't guess at answers it wasn't given.
Does this cover WhatsApp and Instagram too?
Not yet. This starts on your website chat. WhatsApp and Instagram are added later, once the technical requirements for those channels are confirmed — we'll tell you plainly if and when that's ready, rather than promise it upfront.
What does the 2-week pilot involve?
